The calculator below will predict the maximum amount of weight you can use for a specified number of reps if you know how many reps you can do with a given weight now (your nRM). It also predicts the number of reps you can perform with another weight. It is based on manipulations of the Brzycki, Epley and Lander Equations. Keep in mind that these calculations are not typically accurate for rep counts of higher than 10 to 12.
